ARSUN Engineers offers a robust yet precision CNC Engraving Machine for various engraving as well as milling applications.
Design & Structure
Basic structure consists of a rigidly built bed-ways, strongly ribbed main frame for vibration free smooth movement of X & Z slides and the whole machine is mounted on a rigid fabricated steel structure. Its all major parts i.e. bedways, main frame, slides and work table are made of graded castings.
The machine is quite robust and sturdy (approx. wt. 500 kg), directly fitted stepper motors/servo motors to all axis with backlash-free imported couplings, hand pump for centralized lubrication, provision for coolant pump with splash guards, telescopic cover for Y-axis/bellow cover for X & Z-axes, precision LM Guide-ways, precision ball screws & nuts etc. makes the machine most suitable to work with steel, non-ferrous metal, plastics, fibers etc. with accuracy.
